About

How it all started

Nkepule properties started of as a family home which was then converted to a student accommodation. The founders aimed to be top tier in student accommodation within the Mahikeng area not limited to it. With a fresh classy and elegent touch. The converted home was named Nkepule Properties, by founders Lydia Nthite, Matshidiso Mahange and Malebo Mahlatsi.

Our story

During our first year of operations (2018) we only housed 6 students.

During relaxed COVID-19 restrictions (2020) the first phase of the now completed block of flats took place and it housed 20 students with the new phase. And at the end of the 2022 academic year the second phase of the block of flats was under way and was completed February 2023.
Now in 2024, Nkepule Properties has grown and houses 38 students in total.

It has been a remarkable journey and we appreciate everyone that has been a part of the journey particularly the students we started with. Nkepule properties plans on more growth to take place.

Our approach

At Nkepule properties we aim to provide a suitable and conducive environment for learning and growth. Making sure we contribute positively to the growth of both underprivileged and privileged students.
